We have multiple workshop, performances and event spaces, ranging from restored mid-century classrooms to a spacious historic school auditorium. These can be set-up in a variety of configurations for classes, lectures, performances, or parties. Our courtyard is perfect for outdoor dining, games, and campfire gatherings.
In addition, we have a full commercial kitchen, a courtyard housing the Desert Smells Like Rain theme garden, pomegranate orchard, a clay studio, woodworking shop, gardens, and ample outdoor workspace.
We can cater up to three meals a day for groups, as well as provide coffee service, snacks, and s'mores baskets for evening campfires. You'll stay well-fed with our amazing local chefs who can design a menu to suit any budget or vibe. They specialize in Southwestern, Northern Mexican, and Tohono O'odham Native American cuisines, but can create a menu in any style you choose.
We also offer authentic cultural, artistic, culinary, and outdoor adventures for individuals and groups. Examples include mountain biking on the Ajo Scenic Loop, hands-on art workshops, guided hikes at Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, and walking/golf cart tours of Ajo’s historic district, gardens, and public art.
